Shipping and Delivery Services:
Lola's Boutique offers free FEDEX and UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $200.00 shipped within the 48 contiguous states. All shipping under $200.00 is flat rate.

Lola's Boutique ships anywhere in the world that the US Postal Service will deliver to, with a few exceptions. Lola's Boutique uses FEDEX, and UPS as well as United States Postal Service USPS Global Express Mail, which delivers your merchandise within 3 to 5 business day's world wide.

Lola's boutique will ship orders internationally via USPS Global Express Mail.

All orders placed Monday thru Friday before 1 pm Eastern Standard Time will begin processing that day and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 1 pm Eastern Standard time will be begin processing on the following day. Orders placed on Saturday will begin processing on the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Ground shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico (only 2 day or next day service). Lola's Boutique is unable to ship to military APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. For shipments to Canada, we charge a flat rate of $12.00 for USPS Global Priority mail (up to 4 pounds) & UPS Ground (over 4 lbs). Shipping will take an average of 4-6 business days. If you would like to insure the package, an additional $10 will be charged.

For shipments to Europe, Australia, New Zealand & Asia, we charge the flat rate of $20.00 for USPS Global Priority mail (up to 4 pounds) & UPS Ground (over 4 lbs). If you would like to ensure the package, an additional $10 will be charged.

Once Lola's Boutique has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Lola's Boutique is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Lola's Boutique, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Lola's Boutique. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Lola's Boutique does offer Saturday delivery thru FEDEX.

Lola's boutique accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa & Pay pal. All prices and payments are in US dollars.

For all individual clothing orders over $110.00 shipped in New York State, Lola's Boutique is required to collect sales tax. Sales tax is based on shipping address, not billing address and will be charged only for shipping addresses within New York State. Shipments within the five boroughs of New York City will be charged state and local sales tax for individual clothing items over $110. Sales tax is not charged on shipments outside of New York State. Sales tax and shipping is calculated during checkout so total cost is known before order is submitted.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply call or email to return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 14days of purchase for a refund, less shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees. Please follow the terms and conditions of our Return Policy. Vintage items are subject to a 4% to 8 % restocking fee. Merchandise Exchanges:
Lola's Boutique strives to offer you great merchandise at the best possible value. In order to do so, we may not always carry large quantities or every size. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process guaranteed exchanges.

International Returns:
Lola's Boutique does not pay duties on any items sent back to us. Please pre-pay your duties.

Returning a gift?
If you received a gift and want to return it within 14 days, we can either refund the credit card used to purchase the gift or issue a store credit to you. Gift purchases follow the same guidelines for returns, and are subject to the same policies.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product.

How to Make a Return:
Call 718-745-4300 for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number within 48 hours of receiving your package. If eligible, we will issue you a return number (RMA Number) that is to be placed on the outside of the box. Items must be received back at our store within 14 days of purchase. Please note, we will not process returns without the return number on the outside of the box. Items without an RMA number will be refused. Please include a copy of your sales receipt. If you do not, we will be unable to process your return. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense. Please make sure when returning your package to use track able method as we can not and will not credit packages that we have not received. *We will credit your credit card when you return your items to the store within 3 days. You will receive email notification at the time the credit or exchange is processed. Returns can only be credited back to the credit card used. If you received free shipping, our shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund.

****We strongly recommend that you insure your package and get a tracking number before returning items. Return shipping is at your own expense. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
